Several years ago, I started a meetup group to meet more like-minded business women. And yes, I’ve met some awesome ladies, but I let them down. How could I be the Organizer of a business group and hold them accountable, when I didn’t hold myself accountable? So often, my mind would be racing with great ideas, that other people have now successfully done, and I would just move on and find something else to obsess with. Like you, I was busy with life and wanting my side hustle to take off, but not actually putting in the work for it to happen. Ok, I did a lot stuff and was really good at some things, but looking back, it was just busy work. I tend to lose interest in things quickly, so I always need to do something that holds my attention. In other words, I’m like a squirrel looking for a nut. (shame) But now, I’m realizing all of my busy work, crazy projects, and my……. I dunno passion projects, led me to a pretty good spot.
